War Format

All members that came from other academies and want their academy to have a war with us (TDA) simply post a topic with this format:

Academy to be in war with:
banned decks for the war:
date of the war: (may be in days or even exact date) (ex. 36 days)
Side Decking: (yes or no)
Deck changing after a won match: (Yes or No)
Deck changing after a lost match: (Yes or No)
Member line-up? (Tell how many members per academy shall participate)
Academy line-up: (line up the duelists your academy is going to use)
